Our Approach
We begin our work by
discussing your goals and understanding where you want to
go. Are you trying to simplify a process, reduce
overall costs, support “green” initiatives,
etc.? From there we will begin our data collection. In
this step we want to “walk the floor” to gain a deep
understand of your device locations, configurations,
volumes, and printing history. We will also begin
collecting cost data that enables us to properly calculate
your overall expense. Unlike most other companies we do
not use “industry averages” to assume cost data. This is
where most organizations grossly overestimate a companies
spend and we are committed to providing you fact-based
data that we have collected from your environment.
Once we have audited the
data, we sit down with you to discuss our findings and
begin to outline the scope of your solution. We then have
the ability to negotiate, on your behalf, with service
providers to ensure we can deliver your viable solution at
the lowest possible cost without sacrificing capability or
value.
And because your business
is ever changing, we provide you on-going monitoring of
the document costs within your business to ensure that
your fleet is operating most efficiently and at the lowest
cost possible.
